Cheek augmentation/rejuvenation uses injectable Hyaluronic Acid fillers to plump out sunken cheeks and restore lost volume. This non-surgical cosmetic procedure is quickly gaining in popularity as a means of improving facial appearance and can be used to improve the contours of the face.
Cheek fillers offer 3 benefits in 1 treatment; they replace the lost volume in the cheek, they support the tear trough which can help you to less tired and they reduce the lines of the nasolabial fold (nose to mouth line). All together this treatment offers excellent value as well as tackles 3 areas that most people have concerns about.
Will it hurt?
Not generally. I tend to use a cannula (which is blunt and threads safely under the skin) to carry out this procedure as this allows me to sculpt the cheeks you're after. A cannula is a small, flexible, hollow, round ended tube which is why it tends to be more comfortable than a needle and gives a more natural result.
How long will they last?
With the quality of the products that I use they will last approximately 9-12 months. Often longer.
